So what if he’s a bit older and usually regards a human female as dinner, not a dinner date? Yes, Roman Draganesti is a vampire, but a vampire who lost one of his fangs sinking his teeth into something he shouldn’t have. Now he has one night to find a dentist before his natural healing abilities close the wound, leaving him a lop–sided eater for all eternity.
Things aren’t going well for Shanna Whelan either…After witnessing a gruesome murder by the Russian mafia, she’s next on their hit list. And her career as a dentist appears to be on a downward spiral because she’s afraid of blood. When Roman rescues her from an assassination attempt, she wonders if she’s found the one man who can keep her alive. Though the attraction between them is immediate and hot, can Shanna conquer her fear of blood to fix Roman’s fang? And if she does, what will prevent Roman from using his fangs on her…
Shanna is funny and witty. She’s the modern day woman. Roman is rich, powerful, and caring. The modern alpha. I’m not usually a fan of category tropes, (like the misunderstanding plotline and a momentarily TSTL heroine who wanders off when she knows killers are after her just because she’s mad at the hero).
A few other things bothered me too.
The hero said “God’s blood” so many times in just the first two chapters, I wanted to rip my eyeballs out and throw them at him.
Also in the first two chapters, his chemist fidgets with his buttons until I want to pop them all off and shove them down his throat. However, at least he fiddles all the buttons off his coat, which is funny enough to offset some of the annoyance.
Despite all that, I really loved this book. Funny, sexy, and sweet, with great struggles between the hero and heroine and some classic lines. Four sighs.

Carrie Montgomery has given up her life of luxury to chase down bull rider, Dusty Wulfsen, who she walked out on. She sells her fancy car, gives up her home and takes a job as a waitress in a town she knows he’ll be coming to soon.

Dusty is literally thrown to his butt when he sees the woman who tore him up sitting in the stands when he makes his ride. What is Carrie doing in Wayback, Texas? She was supposed to be married to some rich guy and living large. At least that’s what she told him when she gave him an ultimatum that he refused six months ago.

Under a Rodeo Moon was a delightful, romantic read. Carrie is one determined lady, but her softness comes through. She gives up a lot to show her cowboy she means business. Dusty is one hot bull rider that I fell in love with right away. The story is fresh, the characters strong, and the ending satisfying.

I highly recommend Ms. Adams’ Under a Rodeo Moon, and suggest you get your copy and settle in for a real cowboy ride!

I loved the way this book was written and the theme! It kept my attention all the way from the first chapter . I was a romance but yet had drama and mystery to it. Mild adult scenes. I recommend you read this one!

Tessa have came home to recover eight years ago from an abusive marriage. She was still traumatized and feared men and love.

Lucas came home to find Tessa if he was lucky. He also had a bad marriage  which ended when his wife died. But he never got over Tessa.

When Lucas walked into her shop after 25 years Tessa started to feel again. Lucas gave her some things from the house he bought and in the boxes was a doll and a journal about the doll. Seems Tessa was now cursed until it was broken by true love.

Tessa’s husband got out of the prison he had been put in for his crimes against Tessa.

Between the curse and Tessa’s ex she was having nothing but bad luck and now after reading the journal she felt she and Lucas could not be together. Lucas was not having that. He had waited to long for her.

There is a lot of love and drama in this book. I especially liked the idea of love being regained.  If contemporary  romance is your favorite genre you need to read this book ! I so enjoyed it.

A extremely well written book.Has a very good theme .Well written and well told. This a great historical romance set in the 1800’s during the land race in the Indian Territory  in Ok. during 1889.

Tori was raising the children of her dead brother when she was told she had 14 days to remove herself from her brothers home. She saw the ad for free homesteads in the Oklahoma Territory. She decided she was moving her niece’s and nephews to Oklahoma. She met Jessie during the journey and tried to discourage him in every way. She wanted no parts of men anymore. Jessie wanted her but couldn’t get her to let him try to court her. When they got their land they found they were side by side . In time they got together but they faced so many trails . Their faith in God and family and eventually in their selves.

I loved this book. It has so much to offer to people who love good themes for love, with only a trace of suggestive sex. I Recommend this book highly!

Very well written and a great theme! I loved the characters and how they were   interacted in the book. The book is a paranormal romance. And made me want the entire series.

Reece was abandoned during a storm by her now ex boyfriend. A friend of both helps her and they give in to the feelings they had for each other for a long time. Daire in not a real human although the love he has for Reece is as real as it gets. He and his family are demons. They are on a mission to save everyone from the darkness of evil. They need something his mother had enchanted to help save the world and it is his duty to find the fourth piece  so  everyone is saved. Can he save the world and keep Reece as his mortal love.

You need to read this for the answer and how it all comes together. I was surprised by how it falls into place. I like a book who I think ends one way but ends differently .

P. I. Sunny Kennedy has been fighting all her life to be recognized in a family of all males. Now, she has the opportunity to prove herself. She’s been hired to solve a cold murder case. Before she gets very far in her research, she’s handcuffed and dragged to the police station during a raid of the club where she uses her bartender’s job to gather evidence.
Judson Blackwolf, the hot detective who snaps those cuffs, has been assigned to assist Sunny in the case by her father, the Chief of Police. Despite her objections, she’s told it’s a take or leave it situation. If she wants access to police records, Judson will be her partner.
Judson and Sunny clash from the first time he places his hand on her head to ease her into the police car. But neither can deny the strong attraction between them, even though Sunny has no use for relationships, and Judson is moving out of state once this assignment ends.
Some Like It In Handcuffs is a funny, sweet story of two strong personalities each trying to have their own way. Ms. Warner’s debut novel is sharp, quick-paced, and thoroughly enjoyable. Sunny is sassy enough to tickle your innards, and Judson enough of an alpha male to accelerate your heartbeat.
If you’re looking for a cozy weekend read either in front of the fireplace, or on the beach, pick up a copy of Some Like It In Handcuffs by debut author Christine Warner.
